Our Refund Policy
Thanks for purchasing a Funded Trading Plus program. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Refunds
All our programs are digital content and this is delivered at the time of purchase via email to the email address supplied by the purchaser. All of our programs give access to an individual online trading account created for the purchaser of the program.
All program purchases may be cancelled and refunded if the purchaser has not traded the online trading account and a cancellation request email has been received by Funded Trading Plus within 14 days of the purchase of the program.
We reserve the legal right to not consider refunds after the 14 calendar day grace period.
All refunds will be refunded to the payment method you used to purchase said program. We will action a refund within 7 business days of a refund being agreed between Funded Trading Plus and the customer. How long a refund takes to appear back on your account will depend on the policy of the payment method used.

Refund Policy for Educational Packages
By purchasing any educational package or product (Including PropIQ Membership), you agree to the following terms:
If you access any part of the course materials – including simply logging into the course platform – or trade on any account associated with the package, you forfeit your right to a refund.
Refund requests will only be considered if:
- You have not accessed any course materials, and
- You have not traded on any associated account, and
- Your refund request is submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date.
We reserve the right to decline any refund request if there is reasonable evidence to suggest that you have accessed course content or engaged in trading activity related to the package.
